We love springtime at Cate Calco. I know that's when I find myself using my shalley more and more often: the weather warms up and I can't wait to take out my sundresses. They are almost always perfectly appropriate for occasions like Easter Sunday brunch, or my birthday, or a dinner after work, for example - from the waist down, that is. My strapless dresses aren't going to be well-received in church (before Easter brunch) or in the office, and I can't bear the thought of going home to change in between.
I'm so glad I don't have to worry about changing, or carrying a frumpy cardigan, or constantly adjusting a pashmina. Having a shalley makes things so much easier, no two ways about it. I'm wearing all my favourite tops and dresses again and more frequently, but most importantly I'm doing it stress-free.
And btw - for Easter this year? I wore one of my long-time favourite red dresses as seen in the photo, and used my shalley in the morning before brunch to great success.
